1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ondigital24.com (the "Site") and any services we provide. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

ONDIGITAL24 LLC ("we", "us", "our") is a remote-first studio providing SEO, AI visibility, Google Business Profile management, websites, content, video, automation and custom AI solutions.

2. The Site is information, not an offer

Everything on this Site — including service descriptions, packages, prices, add-ons and founding rates — is provided for general information. It is not a binding offer, quote or contract.

Prices are shown as starting points, may change at any time, and founding rates are limited in number and availability. The scope, price and timeline of any actual work will be set out in a separate written proposal or agreement between us. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls.

3. No guaranteed results

This is important, and we would rather be direct about it than over-promise.

Search engines, map results and AI answer engines (including Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini) are operated by third parties. Their rankings, algorithms, features and policies change constantly and are entirely outside our control.

We therefore do not guarantee any specific ranking, position, citation, traffic level, lead volume, revenue or return on investment, and nothing on this Site should be read as such a guarantee. Case studies, portfolio examples and past results describe what happened for those clients; they are not a promise of similar outcomes for you.

What we do commit to is professional, transparent work and clear monthly reporting on what we did and what it produced.

4. Free audits and consultations

We may offer a free AI visibility audit or discovery call. These are provided as-is, with no obligation on either side, and are intended to help you decide whether to work with us. They do not create a client relationship and are not a substitute for professional advice.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or data
• scrape, harvest or bulk-download content except as a search engine indexing the Site normally
• interfere with, overload or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure
• submit false information, spam, malware, or anyone else's personal data without their permission

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, layout, graphics, code and the ONDIGITAL24 name and marks — belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Site normally, but you may not copy, republish or reuse our content commercially without our written permission.

Client names, logos and project examples shown in our portfolio remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed to describe work we performed.

Ownership of work we create for a client is set out in that client's written agreement — not here.

7. Blog and educational content

Articles on this Site are general information about marketing, SEO and automation. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice, and may become out of date as platforms change. Rely on them at your own discretion.

8. Third-party services and links

The Site links to and relies on third-party services — for example Calendly for scheduling, Google Meet for calls, and our SEO Dashboard at app.ondigital24.com. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Site available and accurate, but we provide it on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it — including services, packages or prices — at any time without notice.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of your use of the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded — for example, liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and why. This Site sets no cookies and uses only privacy-first, cookieless analytics that cannot identify you. Please read the Privacy Policy — it forms part of these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
