Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 July 2026

No cookies. No analytics. No tracking. We only ever see what you choose to send us.

The short version

This website does not use cookies, advertising pixels, or any technology that tracks you across the internet. We do not build profiles on you, and we do not sell your personal information — ever.

We count visits using privacy-first, cookieless analytics that cannot identify you. Beyond that, the only personal data we receive is what you deliberately send us: the contact form, or booking a call.

Who we are

ONDIGITAL24 LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates ondigital24.com. We are a remote-first studio; our team works from the United States and Europe, and we serve clients worldwide.

For any privacy question or request, email support@ondigital24.com. We are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect, and why

We collect only these categories of data:

  • Contact form — your name, email address, business name, the interests you tick, and your message. We use this solely to answer you and discuss working together.
  • Newsletter — if you subscribe, we store your email address, along with the date you subscribed and the fact that you ticked the consent box. We use it only to send you our own updates, never to sell or share. You can ask us to remove you at any time, and every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.
  • Booking a call — if you schedule a discovery call, that booking is handled by Calendly, which collects your name, email, timezone and chosen time. Calls run on Google Meet.
  • Anonymous usage statistics — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not follow you across other websites. It reports aggregate figures only: page views, which site referred you, country, and general device type. It cannot identify you, and we cannot use it to single you out.
  • Server logs — our host records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, timestamps, pages requested) to keep the site running, secure and available. These are not used to identify or profile you.

What we do NOT collect

To be explicit, this website does not:

  • set cookies or use local storage for tracking — so you will never see a cookie banner here
  • use cookie-based analytics (no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager)
  • track you across other websites, or build an advertising profile
  • use advertising or social media pixels
  • load fonts or scripts from third-party servers at runtime — our fonts are served from our own domain, so your IP address is not shared with a font provider
  • collect payment details on this website
  • track your location

Legal bases (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on these legal bases:

  • Consent and/or steps prior to entering a contract — when you send us the contact form or book a call, because you asked us to get in touch.
  • Legitimate interests — keeping our website secure and operational (server logs), and responding to business enquiries.
  • Legal obligations — where we must keep records to comply with the law.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers (processors) who handle data strictly on our instructions:

  • c10r (c10r.io) — our CRM. Contact form submissions are stored here so we can follow up.
  • Calendly — scheduling, if you book a call. Google Meet hosts the call itself.
  • Cloudflare — cookieless, aggregate website analytics (no personal profiles).
  • Railway — hosting and server infrastructure for this website.
  • We may also disclose data if legally required (for example, a valid court order).

International transfers

We operate from the United States and Europe, and some of our providers are based in the United States. Where data is transferred out of the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client data only as long as we need it to answer you, deliver our services, and meet legal or accounting obligations. If you ask us to delete your data and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data. In the EEA/UK these include the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

To exercise any right, email support@ondigital24.com. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site, keep credentials server-side only, and limit access to the systems that hold your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Other services

Our SEO Dashboard is a separate application at app.ondigital24.com and is governed by its own terms and privacy notice. Links from this site to third-party websites are outside our control and covered by their own policies.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data — for example, if we ever add analytics or a newsletter — we will update this page and change the date above. Material changes will be made clear.
